About The Position

AllianceHCM is searching for a full-time HRIS Onboarding Tech to join our growing team in The Woodlands, Texas. This role is for an HR technology professional who loves creating efficient workflows, solving complex configuration challenges, and bringing HR systems to life. The opportunity involves helping clients launch powerful HR solutions while building a career with a company that's redefining the HCM industry. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration, HR technology implementation, or HR operations
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, workflows, and data management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting HR software implementations, configuring enterprise HR systems, and partnering directly with HR stakeholders during onboarding and implementation projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end configuration of AllianceHCM's core HR modules.
  • Customize applicant tracking systems.
  • Build digital onboarding experiences.
  • Configure employee lifecycle processes that support each client's unique needs.
  • Design and rigorously test automated compliance workflows, including Form I-9 processing and federal E-Verify integrations, ensuring every configuration meets legal requirements and company standards.
  • Help build performance management solutions.
  • Configure organizational structures.
  • Establish security permissions.
  • Develop approval routing paths that align with each client's governance model.
  • Conduct audits.
  • Validate data integrity during migrations.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and implementation teams before go-live.
  • Investigate system anomalies to ensure every client launch is accurate, secure, and successful.
