About The Position

This role is based in our Atlantic Station office in Atlanta and requires on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays. Responsibilities Performs a variety of day-to-day Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions, ensuring data integrity and the accurate processing and reporting of HR data. Work independently under general direction. Handles problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices. This position is the primary point of contact for all transactional issues and concerns from within the team, from employees, from managers, and from HRBPs at the various entities.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field
  • Experience working in healthcare
