Performs a variety of day-to-day Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions, ensuring data integrity and the accurate processing and reporting of HR data. Work independently under general direction. Handles problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices. This position is the primary point of contact for all transactional issues and concerns from within the team, from employees, from managers, and from HRBPs at the various entities.
