About The Position

We are looking for an HRIS Analyst – Annual HR Processes and Access Management (RBP) reporting to the Manager, Global HR Services, to support the execution of our global HR processes and the evolution of our HRIS solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in the deployment and continuous improvement of HR programs and access management for core HR systems. You will serve as a resource person for HR teams and contribute to delivering an efficient, secure, and business-aligned user experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Organizational Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS); knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is considered a strong asset.
  • Solid understanding of identity management concepts, access controls, and role-based permissions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand needs, gather feedback, build trusted relationships, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, analytical, and skilled in problem-solving.
  • Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken (supports all BRP sites).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for annual HR processes in partnership with HR process owners.
  • Collaborate closely with HRIT functional analysts within the Center of Expertise (COE) to adapt and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
  • Provide system user support, including demonstrations, training sessions, and documentation development.
  • Participate in testing new releases, enhancements, and system updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at simplifying, aligning, and standardizing HR programs across BRP.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.
  • Create and maintain roles, catalogs, and groups within key HR systems.
  • Design and document access profiles in accordance with data security requirements.
  • Manage role-based permission (RBP) requests within established service timelines.
