About The Position

The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud modules and ADP products. This role requires a strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and compliance processes, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The analyst will also be involved in reporting and vendor coordination.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
• Experience with ADP products, integrations, and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, ADP Reporting, or SQL-based reporting.
• Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and compliance processes in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
