The HRIS Analyst will be a vital part of the HR Operations team, contributing to workforce analytics, compliance, and engagement through technology. Reporting to the HR Technology & Employee Experience director, this role supports daily activities and strategic initiatives for Caris Life Sciences' workforce operational needs. The primary focus will be on delivering workforce management solutions within Workday's HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Scheduling, Core Compensation, Core Reporting, and EIB Integration modules. Collaborating with the Talent, Development, & Performance HRIS Analyst, the HRIS Analyst will ensure a best-in-class Workday experience. Future opportunities include leading more complex areas such as Advanced Compensation, Workday Extend, Payroll, Benefits, and Advanced Integrations.
