We are currently recruiting an HRIS and Workforce Analyst to join our People and Culture team. This is a new permanent position. Reporting to the Director, Employee Experience, you will serve as Kindred’s subject matter expert for HR technology, workforce data, reporting and system optimization. You will help maximize the value of our people systems, strengthen the integrity and governance of workforce data, and turn information into meaningful insights that support team members, leaders and organizational decision-making. Working closely with People and Culture, Payroll, Finance, IT and business leaders, you will advance system capabilities, workforce analytics and process improvements across the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
  • Five or more years of experience supporting an HRIS or HCM platform such as UKG, Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience optimizing HR systems and processes and developing workforce reports, dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across areas such as Core HR, Talent, Time, Payroll and Employee Experience.
  • Experience with data governance, reporting definitions and the confidential handling of sensitive workforce information.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience using BI or reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated success partnering across functions to implement system enhancements, improve processes and support organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Act as functional product owner for Kindred’s HR technology platforms and related integrations, coordinating enhancements, testing, implementation, configuration, security roles, documentation and roadmap planning.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards and workforce metrics that provide clear insights for workforce planning, headcount reporting, succession, capability development and employee experience.
  • Translate workforce data into practical insights and recommendations for People and Culture, leaders and executives while expanding access to reliable self-service reporting.
  • Lead system and process optimization across the employee lifecycle, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, automate manual work and make technology easier for employees and leaders to use.
  • Strengthen HR data governance and quality by maintaining standards and reporting definitions, resolving discrepancies, and partnering with Payroll, Finance and IT to support reliable, integrated data.
  • Build confidence and adoption through training, job aids and guidance for system users while staying current with emerging HR technology, analytics and responsible applications of AI.
