The HRIS Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, optimization, and ongoing functionality of the organization’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) platform. This role partners closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and external vendors to ensure system integrity, process efficiency, reporting accuracy, and a positive employee experience across HR systems. This position will also play a key role in supporting the organization’s transition from ADP Workforce Now to UKG and ongoing system enhancements.
