HRIS Administrators support HR systems utilizing analytical skills and a broad knowledge of HR processes, procedures and system acumen. This role is accountable for the daily system administration of the Workforce platforms. Primary responsibilities include monitoring system performance, managing associate data and records, mass updates, configuring and maintaining system setups and tables, troubleshooting and provide end user support and training. Additionally, administrators will create and execute complex audits that ensure data integrity and review that proper security access is in place. HRIS Administrators must use critical thinking and attention to detail coupled with strong written and verbal customer service skills to address issues raised. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, or experience with similar HR systems in a system administrator capacity. Other platforms we currently work with include Oracle Business Transactional Intelligence, Qlikview and Fusion Data Intelligence.
