Requirements

5+ years supporting HR business functions.
3+ years of HRIS/HCM administration experience.
Experience with reporting, queries, integrations, and data management.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Authorization to work full-time in the United States.

Nice To Haves

UKG experience preferred; Workday or similar systems helpful.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, secure, and maintain UKG and related HR systems.
Support system upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Safety, and vendors on integrations and process improvements.
Manage and support connections between HR systems and other business applications.
Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
Help ensure data accuracy, system security, and a positive user experience.
