About The Position

King County Metro Transit’s Employee Services Division is hiring a Human Resource Analyst-Senior to serve as a lead and subject matter expert on the Human Resource Information Management (HRIM) team. The position supports staff across Metro and King County with PeopleSoft, Metro’s HRIS, and advises departments, teams, managers, supervisors, and workgroups on HR information management and related business needs. The role helps maintain accurate employee information and data throughout the employee lifecycle, applying HR practices, policies, and contract language consistently and in compliance with applicable requirements. The HRIM Senior Analyst processes, reviews, and approves position and personnel changes for more than 7,000 Metro positions, including hiring, promotions, transfers, leaves, salary changes, union contract implementation, and semi-annual shake-ups.
