Hitachi Energy is looking for an experienced HRBP Campus Manager to lead the Human Resources function across our Reynosa manufacturing campus in Reynosa, Mexico. In this highly visible role, you will partner with business leaders to create an engaging workplace culture, strengthen employee. and labor relations, drive talent initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across unionized maquiladora operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
  • Demonstrated labor relations experience, including union engagement and collective bargaining support.
  • Experience supporting maquiladora operations and multi-site manufacturing environments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Proven success leading teams, driving organizational change, and making data-driven business decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a greenfield, start-up, or newly established manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR strategy and execution for a multi-site manufacturing campus to support organizational growth.
  • Lead and develop the campus HR team through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Partner with leaders to build a high-performance, inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Guide employee relations, labor relations, and union partnership initiatives.
  • Develop and execute talent, succession planning, and workforce strategies.
  • Champion learning and development programs that strengthen organizational capability.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, corporate policies, and maquiladora requirements.
  • Lead governance, risk management, audit readiness, and continuous process improvement activities.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
