As an HR Training Specialist, you will train all staff, both Operations and Corporate, in proper Human Resources Procedures across various functional areas: Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Talent, and Employee Relations. This role is responsible for the development of company leaders to ensure compliance and utilization of Human Resources systems and processes. The success of this role is vital to the continued growth of the organization.
