Requirements

2–3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Education in Human Resources (undergraduate or postgraduate)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
A high level of autonomy, discretion, and collaboration skills
Knowledge of employment standards, health & safety regulations, disciplinary procedures, and disability management

Responsibilities

Entering and maintaining employee data in payroll and HR systems (positions, life cycle events)
Supporting full-cycle hourly recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
Acting as a resource for employees on HR programs, benefits, and disability management
Managing payroll-related activities, employment trackers, and short-term disability files
Supporting workforce planning, training coordination, and maintaining the training matrix
Coordinating temporary staffing and assisting with employee engagement initiatives
Responding to HR, payroll, and systems-related inquiries from employees and supervisors
