Requirements

  • Technical diploma in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment, ideally in a multi-site or industrial environment.
  • Excellent command of office software, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Full professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken (100% bilingual).
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Canadian labor laws (an asset).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment process in Canada for all positions.
  • Be a charismatic leader in recruitment, building a relationship of trust, and delivering an unparalleled candidate experience.
  • Create job postings in line with company guidelines.
  • Conduct interviews and take care of scheduling them with hiring managers.
  • Actively source top candidates by utilizing recruitment platforms including indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Guide candidates throughout the process to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the process, fully understand their hiring needs and challenges of their region.
  • Research and recommend partnerships and sponsorships as part of the recruitment strategy.
  • Attend recruitment events across Canada to promote IPS as an Ambassador of the company.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new employees in collaboration with managers and the IPS integration team.
  • Act as the primary contact for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Canadian HR team by preparing/updating documents, reports, employee records, etc.
  • Support corporate initiatives related to compliance and continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Assist with editing/reviewing French translated documents.
  • Assist with any tasks/projects assigned.
