Join a team that plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee data across a complex and dynamic organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for HR Business Partners, Industrial Relations representatives, Time Administrators, employees, and Centers of Excellence by providing exceptional customer service and expert support for employee data transactions. You will manage and process a wide variety of employee data changes across multiple pay groups, entities, states, union and non-union populations, and international employee groups. Working with highly confidential information, you will ensure personnel transactions are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with collective bargaining agreements, federal and state regulations, and company policies. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Retirement Plans, and HRIS teams to resolve data issues, support audits, participate in system testing, and drive continuous process improvements. You will also help maintain critical compliance programs including Form I-9, E-Verify, labor law postings, verification of employment requests, and personnel records management.
