About The Position

We are looking for a HR Systems Specialist for JBS that reports onsite at the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado. This role will work on our HR Systems platform and be involved with the org management of employee reporting lines. They will input data into a computer processing system and review output for accuracy, generate standard reports for Human Resources or management personnel and may alter query variables in order to generate more complex ad-hoc reports. Responsibilities include supporting plant HR; org management for all US based locations, enhancements, reporting, and configuration implementations.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, or business systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (intermediate to advanced), OneNote, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HR systems such as SAP, UKG, Kronos or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new demands, re-prioritize workload, and address urgent tasks quickly.
  • Eagerness and ability to learn new skills, technologies, and business processes quickly.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work inclusively and independently without excessive supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidential employee information.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support all HR systems, including SAP, Time & Attendance, and other HR technology platforms.
  • Test system enhancements, workflows, business rules, security roles, and integrations.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Analyze existing workflows and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and improve user experience.
  • Participate in system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
  • Manage and support HR technology projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through regular audit and validation processes.
  • Assist with mass data uploads, data conversions, and data maintenance activities.
  • Support integrations between HR systems and third-party vendors.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in HR systems.
  • Provide end user support and troubleshooting system-related questions and issues.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
  • Change management for system changes, enhancements, and best practices.
