About The Position

TSMC Arizona is hiring an HR Systems Forward Deployed Engineer to work alongside HR business partners, identify workflow pain points, and turn them into working system solutions. • Design and rapidly build functional AI prototypes and proofs of concept using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents to address HR-specific needs.
  • Use low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, and rapid-prototyping frameworks to validate and iterate on solutions with HR end users.
  • Conduct agile testing and evaluation of prototypes for feasibility, accuracy, and business value within tight feedback loops.
