About The Position

This role will be part of the Global PX Services team (PX is People Experience). The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for our core HRIS (data accuracy & workflows) and PX processes (compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies) with the goal of making PX teams work better through standardization, scalability, and automation. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven HR professional to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic scale-up environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with focus in Human Resources, labor relations or similar degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years of previous experience in HR.
  • At least 1-2 years in a similar global role, ideally in a tech scaleup organisation.
  • Experience as a system administrator, process owner and leading projects.
  • Played a key role on HRIS implementation project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, taking initiative and ownership.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including compiling data, research, and problem solving.
  • Must already have the legal right to work in your country of residence or the location of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of our HRIS system (Hibob), managing the data architecture, workflows, access, permissions and integrations with the different systems and tools.
  • Lead the implementation / migration to new HRIS tools, as system changes are planned.
  • Define, implement, and continuously evolve the full PX Services processes in a people-centric way, ensuring a compelling and compliant people experience for all employees.
  • Drive the automation of PX processes, including potential implementation and management of AI applications.
  • Foster innovation across the team.
  • Closely collaborate with and support other PX functions (BPs, TA, Diversity, Solutions, etc) for the E2E employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Monitor employee data quality together with the different analytic functions (finance, BI, etc).
