The HR Support Partner provides first-point-of-contact support to the organization, helps maintain regulatory compliance, supports onboarding of new hires, and assists with talent acquisition. This is an on-site role at Stamford Hospital, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The role provides front-end HR support through the physical front desk, central HR phone lines, shared email inbox, and HR ticketing. The HR Support Partner resolves Tier 2 inquiries and accurately escalates complex Tier 3 issues. The position also supports audits and regulatory requirements. For onboarding, the HR Support Partner takes ownership of the candidate journey after the offer, guides new hires before their start dates, and tracks and verifies pre-employment compliance. Talent acquisition support includes assisting with job postings and candidate workflows, screening initial applicant pools against basic qualifications, coordinating interviews, and preparing and routing offer letters. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, strong customer service, the ability to manage high-volume administrative work, and effective use of enterprise HR technologies. The individual is expected to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and work interdependently with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams. The role supports Stamford Health’s person-centered care philosophy by fostering a respectful and collaborative environment.
