About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Specialist will play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient with onboarding and kronos.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Kronos is REQUIRED.

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related roles

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth
