The HR Specialist is primarily responsible for onboarding new hires and assisting with various aspects of benefits administration. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, contributing to functions such as department development, online and traditional recordkeeping, employee relations, training and development, organizational development, and recruitment. Additionally, the HR Specialist supports organizational events, including planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities, meetings, and company-sponsored events. The position requires a service-oriented individual with high personal standards, a hands-on work style, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
