About The Position
Home Helpers is now hiring for a HR Specialist for our Twin Falls Office! This is a joint office role and you will be required to commute to our Mountain Home and Ketchum offices as well. The hours are Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 1pm.

Responsibilities
- Facilitating orientation and training for caregivers
- Communicate with recruiting and onboarding to ensure a quick hiring timeline for all applicants.
- Implement policy and procedures with employee retention.
- Offer continued support and training to all caregivers.
- Responsible for assisting with payroll.
- Upkeep spreadsheets and reports as directed.
