SCS Engineers is seeking an HR Specialist who is passionate about supporting employees and shaping a great workplace experience. In this role, you’ll be a key member of our HR team, managing workers’ compensation and leave of absence cases across all business units while serving as a trusted resource for employees and leaders. As we continue to build a culture of success, you’ll champion innovation, employee care, and continuous improvement—helping ensure every employee feels supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work. Guided by our core principles, you’ll play an important role in fostering a culture rooted in collaboration, integrity, and respect. Your expertise will help resolve leave and workers’ compensation inquiries, contribute to smooth benefits administration, and positively impact the employee experience companywide. This role is based at our Long Beach headquarters with a hybrid option available (minimum two days per week in the office) and reports to the Benefits Supervisor.
