The HR Services Coordinator is responsible for delivering high-quality operational HR support across the employee lifecycle. This role is execution-focused and plays a critical part in ensuring HR data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely resolution of employee inquiries. The coordinator serves as a key member of the HR Services team, supporting core processes including I-9 employment eligibility verification, employee record maintenance, audits, reporting and Tier 1 HR helpdesk support. The role will also support documentation of HR workflows and process improvements, helping maintain clear operational procedures.
