About The Position

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. Project scope and deliverables – What will the intern be working on, and what outcomes are expected? A wide variety of activities such as Short Term and Long Term Disability, Benefits Administration. Onboarding and Offboarding employees as well as other HR-related tasks. Business impact – How will this work create meaningful value for the business (beyond supplemental tasks like data entry or admin work)? The People & Culture Local Services (PCLS) specialists will be engaged in a project affecting the United States HR backend operations, and this intern will help with daily tasks to compensate for the temporary absence of the local expert. Team environment and collaboration – Who will the intern work with, and what type of support or mentorship will they receive? They will work with two local PCLS Colleagues that sit it the same location as the intern Learning opportunities – What skills, tools, or knowledge will the intern gain from this experience? The backend workings of a highly successful Fortune 500 HR Department
