About The Position

The HR Service Management Specialist is responsible for the delivery of HR services across the Tires locations within the region. This role ensures efficient HR operations, compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and the continuous improvement of HR service delivery. The HR Service Management Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders, and external BPO providers, and drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR shared services, project management, and data analysis roles.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing cross-culture projects.
  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, or SQL, with the ability to generate actionable insights.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, with experience working in cross-cultural environments.
  • Legal Authorization to work in the US is required.
  • Will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.
  • Cannot offer a relocation package.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver regional and country HR services effectively.
  • Provide and deliver HR services across EC and non-EC countries, ensuring high-quality execution for both in-scope and out-of-scope BPO activities. (Workforce Data Management; Compensation Administration; Time, Attendance and Payroll; Employee & HR Services; Benefits Administration) ensuring high service quality execution and compliance with SLAs.
  • Participate as a strategic partner to HR business leaders, providing insights and recommendations, escalate all HR service-related issues in the regional Team Lead and help with resolution in a timely manner.
  • Participate in HR services for locations outside the BPO scope, ensuring standardization, process efficiency and compliance with local labor laws and corporate standards.
  • Collaboration with and support of HR contacts in countries where HR Service representatives are not available.
  • Assist with regional Vendor Management and Operational Service BPO, regional HR Services and Local HR Service provider.
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance for regional HR services according to agreed service according to regional and local SLAs and KPIs.
  • Participate as needed in Meetings with BPO: e.g., Regional Operational Meetings (weekly); Tactical Meetings (monthly)
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.
  • Assist in evaluating HR needs to adapt HR Systems.
  • Plans and implements improvements and modifications to HRIS to achieve HR goals.
  • Participate in the specification, development, and implementation of new or redesigned systems, reports and policies and procedures for internal use.
