Responsibilities

  • Handles employee inquiries on benefits enrollment, payroll discrepancies, and HR policies with clear explanations.
  • Processes routine life-cycle transactions such as terminations, transfers, and leave requests.
  • Reviews submitted forms for completeness and compliance before processing.
  • Assists in coordinating HR programs such as open enrollment and wellness initiatives.
  • Performs basic audits of HR data to identify and correct errors.
  • Prepares and distributes standard HR communications to employees and managers.
  • Supports HR reporting by compiling data for metrics and dashboards.
  • Collaborates with payroll and benefits vendors to resolve straightforward issues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
