About The Position

This role is responsible for welcoming new employees, assisting with the hiring process, and ensuring employees understand company policies, procedures, and benefits. The position also involves administrative tasks related to safety training and compliance, such as organizing and maintaining various tests and observations, and tracking training records. The clerk will also be responsible for translating information and assisting all employees with their needs.

Requirements

  • Bilingual skills, verbal and written, Spanish/English.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Good attendance.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Willingness to accept challenge.
  • Self-starter.
  • Trustworthy and must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone, doors, and direct visitors.

  • Ensure all employees understand company policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Organizing and maintaining lockout-tagout, forklift and pallet jack tests and observations.
