About The Position

The successful candidate would safely and effectively load/deliver poults from the brooder farms to the grower farms, pull trailers, haul heavy equipment, and assist with regular farm support tasks. This is a full-time, hourly position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa now or in the future. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Requirements

Must possess a current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with no restrictions & current DOT medical exam certificate
Must be at least 21 years of age
At least one year of professional driving experience
Ability to work with minimal supervision
No more than 1 moving violation in last 12 months, or no more than 2 moving violations in last 36 months
No DWI offenses in last 12 months, or no more than 1 DWI offense in last 36 months
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Able to follow bio security guidelines
Ability to work a varied schedule (to include evenings and weekends)

Safely and effectively load/deliver poults from the brooder farms to the grower farms
Pull trailers
Haul heavy equipment
Assist with regular farm support tasks
Help crew load birds occasionally (less than 40% of the time)
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
