About The Position

AWP Safety, North America’s leading traffic control specialist, is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage high-volume recruiting. The role involves interviewing 15-25 candidates daily, sourcing candidates through various methods, building and managing relationships with candidates and leadership, and creating strategies to meet hiring demands. AWP Safety is committed to protecting those who operate, maintain, and upgrade infrastructure in the energy, broadband, and transportation sectors, and provides traffic control for major events.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years high volume recruitment experience or related experience
• Ability to sustain high energy level
