About The Position

The HR Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities

  • Meet, greet, and assist visitors promptly, efficiently, and in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, forward calls as appropriate and relay messages when necessary
  • Assist with new-hire onboarding
  • Assist employees with routine HR-related personnel record changes
  • Assist with coordinating job interviews
  • Assist with Applicant Tracking System reports
  • Assist with coding invoices for payment
  • Maintain the front desk and reception area in an organized, orderly fashion
  • Order office supplies for the HR Department
  • Other duties as needed
