About The Position

As a HR Project Manager, you’ll be part of our Tools and Outdoor Supply Chain team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to oversee the job requisition lifecycle, ensuring roles are accurately scoped, approved, and opened. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition to prioritize hiring needs and monitor progress against staffing plans. You will maintain job descriptions and profiles in alignment with job architecture and levelling frameworks. You will manage headcount reporting and workforce data across the Americas distribution network, monitor vacancies, workforce changes, and organizational movements. You will ensure accuracy and integrity of HR systems, including job and organizational updates. You will maintain HR KPI scorecards to track site performance, compile and organize data for talent reviews and succession planning discussions, and coordinate performance management processes. You will facilitate internal mobility, promotions, and organizational changes, and ensure compliance with labor laws and consistent application of company policies. You will collaborate with site HR teams to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment, and provide HR business partner support to a small client group spread across the United States.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience supporting distribution, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain operations.
  • Strong experience in requisition management, workforce data, and HR reporting.
  • Experience supporting hourly populations and multi-site environments.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and reporting tools.
