About The Position

The Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the continued build-out of the HRSOS (HR Strategy, Operations and Services) Project Management Office (PMO). This position is responsible for leading large, complex, cross-functional HR projects and driving execution across enterprise initiatives. This role represents a strategic shift from coordination to full project ownership, with a strong emphasis on delivering results, influencing stakeholders, and translating business priorities into actionable plans. A key focus area will include supporting a multi-year, enterprise-wide job architecture and skills initiative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to eight years of experience in project management activities

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale, complex HR projects from initiation through execution, ensuring delivery against defined scope, timelines, and objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and proactive follow-through on commitments.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-team dependencies to ensure coordination.
  • Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders across HR, Compensation, and business functions.
  • Lead and facilitate project meetings, providing structured updates and driving decisions.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans.
  • Support enterprise initiatives such as job architecture and skills development.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively mitigate issues.
  • Ensure alignment across initiatives to prevent siloed work.
