Leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives supporting Supply Chain operations. Drives initiatives focused on employee engagement, development, retention, and recruiting effectiveness, while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Provides data-driven insights and partners cross-functionally to enable scalable, sustainable HR solutions across the network.

  • 5+ years of progressive HR or related experience, including experience leading large-scale projects or programs

Responsibilities

  • Leads the design, development, and continuous improvement of network-wide HR programs that drive retention, engagement, onboarding effectiveness, and leadership development, while owning program strategy, prioritization, and scalability across Supply Chain.
  • Evaluates and modernizes HR processes by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and enhance operations, including leading the implementation and adoption of new technologies, tools, and vendor-supported solutions.
  • Partners with Operations, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to plan and execute initiatives that support business priorities and improve the employee experience across Supply Chain.
  • Leads HR reporting and analytics by delivering accurate, actionable insights on key metrics such as turnover, staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and engagement to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Manages a portfolio of enterprise HR projects by establishing structure, governance, and timelines to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Leads and influences cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing guidance, coaching, and support to HR team members while driving alignment and consistency across the network.
