This role is responsible for leading and managing project teams, including developers, QA, and business partners. The Project Manager will develop and execute resource and project plans, track task progress, and ensure adherence to IT Project Management Methodology. This includes managing project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices, as well as creating and approving Project Charters, managing scope, and handling change requests. The role also involves identifying, mitigating, escalating, and communicating issues and risks. Collaboration with Business Analysts for user discovery sessions and project team meetings is key, as is identifying and presenting innovative solutions to improve processes and operational efficiency. The Project Manager will work with leaders and architects to determine technical solutions and oversee the quality assurance process to ensure business requirements and IT standards are met. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the development of change management strategies, including training documentation and classes.
