Requirements

Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain project management principles
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
Typically requires 6+ years of supply chain, project management, or operational experience
Leads cross-functional teams with authority for project decisions
Supply chain project management
Cross-functional operational coordination
Project scheduling, budgeting, and milestone tracking
Supplier transition and operational readiness management
Risk management and issue resolution
Operational reporting and leadership communication
Process improvement and project execution
Supplier and stakeholder coordination
Proficient Computer Skills – Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and project management tools
Excellent Communication Skills – both verbal and written

Responsibilities

Leads supply chain and operational projects across multiple functions to ensure successful execution of scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.
Coordinates cross-functional teams, supplier activities, and operational stakeholders to support project execution, supplier transitions, process improvements, and operational readiness.
Monitors project performance, communicates progress to leadership, and ensures alignment between supply chain initiatives and organizational priorities.
