About The Position

This role manages the coordination and execution of complex HR processes, employment-related actions, and provides consultative guidance to leaders and employees to ensure compliance, consistency, and high-quality service delivery. In parallel, the position manages division-wide HR projects – overseeing planning, stakeholder engagement, communication, and execution – to drive process improvements, support system and policy implementation, and strengthen overall operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance, with the ability to manage complex processes in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide consultative guidance and build trusted relationships with leaders and employees
  • Skill in analyzing data and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Proven project management capability, including planning, coordination, and execution of complex initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive projects to successful outcomes
  • Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in human resources, business, or a related field
  • Five to eight years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in human resources administration
  • Project, work group, or committee experience
  • Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute complex HR operational processes, including hiring, position management, compensation actions, and employee lifecycle transactions
  • Provide consultative guidance on HR policies, procedures, and operational matters, elevating sensitive or high-risk issues as appropriate
  • Analyze HR data and trends; develop reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Partner with divisional leadership to support workforce planning, organizational design, and effective use of positions and funding
  • Manage division-wide HR projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and strategic priorities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and communication tools to support transparency and effective execution
  • Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and monitor risks, dependencies, and resource needs to keep initiatives on track
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships while providing guidance and problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Engage in professional development and represent the division through committees, partnerships, and institutional initiatives that advance HR best practices
