Community Vision is seeking an HR Program Coordinator to help lead and strengthen their Supported & Community Living programs. The organization believes people with disabilities should be able to direct their own lives at home, at work, and in their communities, and their programs are built around this belief. The strength of these programs depends on having direct support staff who are well-prepared, well-supported, and held to clear, consistent expectations. The HR Program Coordinator plays a central role in achieving this by sitting between Human Resources and program operations. This position helps ensure direct support staff are thoughtfully hired, effectively onboarded, and consistently supervised, especially during onboarding and transition periods when expectations are set and performance matters most. This is a leadership role for someone who builds rapport and trust quickly, communicates clearly and directly, stays organized under pressure, and can make sound decisions and follow through. The coordinator will work closely with program leaders and HR to support both staff success and service continuity across homes. The ideal candidate understands direct support work, including relationships, variability of person-centered supports, and the importance of correct staffing. They can step into different environments, learn quickly, build credibility, balance support with accountability, and address performance concerns. They are trusted, consistent, clear, follow through, highly organized, and can prioritize effectively, remaining steady and taking action even when busy or unpredictable. This is an active role requiring initiative, judgment, and a willingness to navigate complexity, offering a meaningful impact on staff experience and service quality.
