Partner with HR leaders and executive stakeholders to identify operational challenges, define improvement priorities, and establish success criteria. Conduct root cause analysis and lead current- and future-state process design using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies. Develop and transition improvement plans to Project Managers for execution, ensuring alignment with intended future-state processes and measurable outcomes. Redesign workflows, establish KPIs, and document standardized processes and governance frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and teammate experience. Collaborate with HRIS, technology, and change management teams to support implementation, adoption, executive reporting, and ongoing sustainability; up to 10% travel as needed.
