About The Position

Securitas is undergoing an HR transformation to simplify, standardize, and humanize HR processes across Europe. As the HR Process Lead, you will support the HR Lead Process and Technology (Business Process Owner - BPO) in harmonizing HR practices across all European countries. This role is crucial for the HR Transformation, connecting different countries and ensuring HR processes are consistent, practical, and employee-centric. The ideal candidate has a broad HR background, is curious, eager to learn, and ready to collaborate closely with the HR BPO and various HR teams.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of HR experience as a generalist or in HR operations, with some exposure to process improvement or transformation.
  • Broad knowledge of HR lifecycle processes (deep expertise not required).
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops, discussions, and working sessions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across cultures and organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and partnering.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or similar.
  • Familiarity with HR systems or transformation projects.
  • Other European languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Business Process Owner in designing, refining, and documenting end-to-end HR processes (recruitment & onboarding, core HR & absence, talent, compensation & benefits) to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Assist in harmonizing processes across all European countries, ensuring HR practices are simple, standardized, and scalable.
  • Provide hands-on support in process design, workshops, and adoption activities.
  • Facilitate collaboration with HR leaders and local HR teams, balancing local needs with common core requirements.
  • Gather stakeholder insights and feedback for continuous improvement in efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
  • Work closely with the HR IT Product Manager and HR IT Business Analyst to maintain alignment between processes and systems.
  • Support change management and communication efforts to help HR teams and business leaders adopt new ways of working.
  • Contribute to HR data and analytics initiatives, ensuring insights inform decision-making.
  • Perform any other tasks or duties as directed by the HR Lead, Process and Technology (HR BPO).
