About The Position

Priority Management is seeking an HR/Payroll Coordinator to join their team at Ridgeview Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing in Cleburne, TX. The company emphasizes providing excellent care to patients and residents. This position is responsible for carrying out facility payroll, human resources, and benefit operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws. The role encompasses various duties including employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, leave of absence management, workers' compensation, recruiting, prescreening, hiring, onboarding, new hire orientation, terminations, and participation in unemployment claims. The coordinator will also promote positive employee relations and support organizational goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Current knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations
  • Strong personal organization and time management ability with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll application systems
  • Strong work ethic and team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
  • Ability to understand and follow applicable regulations, policies and procedures fully and consistently

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in skilled nursing or healthcare related field, preferred
  • Paycom experience preferred
