The HR Payroll Clerk will process and manage Community Counseling Solutions (CCS) payroll. This role involves calculating wages based on hours worked and administering payments to ensure personnel receive correct compensation in a timely manner. The position handles all payroll and HR-related functions, including monthly draws, payroll, and occasional supplemental checks. The clerk will ensure compliance with Federal and State laws, prepare and file W-2s and 1095-Cs, and administer human resource programs by compiling and maintaining personnel records. This role provides support to the HR Director and HR team.
