The Kansas Judicial Branch is seeking a relationship-driven, people focused professional to serve as our HR Outreach and Recruiting Coordinator. This role blends strategic outreach and recruitment to build awareness of career opportunities and strengthen connections across districts statewide. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, curious, and energized by engaging with a diverse workforce to meet operational needs. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to judicial district leaders, developing a deep understanding of local hiring needs and workforce challenges across the Kansas Judicial Branch. You will lead proactive outreach and recruitment efforts to attract a qualified and diverse talent pipeline, while promoting meaningful careers within the judicial system. This is full-time, in-person work with statewide travel, supporting judicial and non-judicial staff across 31 Districts, 105 counties and more than 100 courthouses. Hybrid remote work may be available with prior approval and structured to support in-person engagement. This position reports to the Human Resource Manager and works closely with the Chief Human Resource Officer, hiring managers and court administrative leaders.
