About The Position

At Phillips Corporation, we believe breakthrough happens when people feel connected, empowered, and inspired to grow. Behind that experience is an HR Team (know as our "Community Exceleration! Team") committed to creating the systems, experiences, and moments that help our Partners and leaders thrive globally. We are looking for a CE! Operations Specialist who will become the operational heartbeat of our team — someone who brings structure to complexity, momentum to big ideas, and creativity to how we engage and connect our people across the world. In this role, you will do far more than manage calendars, coordinate global logistics, or maintain operational processes. You will help transform vision into action. By anticipating needs before they arise, leveraging creative new-age technology, and translating leadership concepts into engaging visual experiences, you will help our global initiatives come to life in ways that resonate deeply across Phillips. Your ability to create clarity, consistency, and confidence will directly support our leaders and elevate the Partner experience. This is a playground for a Breakthrough thinker who thrives at the intersection of operational excellence, innovation, and human connection. You won’t simply maintain dashboards or track budgets — you will continuously look for smarter, more impactful ways to strengthen engagement, improve decision-making, and scale our leadership development experiences globally. Whether orchestrating a seamless global event, optimizing data integrity, or introducing creative ways to connect our teams, your work will help weave our global community into one high-performing, people-first culture. If you are energized by fast-paced environments, naturally proactive, highly tech savvy, and motivated by the opportunity to creatively connect and inspire people around the world, we would love to meet you.
