As we stand up our independent HR function in preparation for our separation from McKesson, this new role will serve as a critical bridge between strategy and execution.   • HR Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with HR systems, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, or general corporate policy development.
  • 4–6 years of HR experience, ideally blending roles in HR Project Management, HR Operations, or as an HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities

  • Partner cross-functionally with HR leadership and internal teams to research, design, and recommend solutions for complex business problems.
  • Build new HR processes and policies from scratch, connecting business needs with operational realities to translate challenges into actionable plans.
  • Support sensitive research and discussions with a high degree of integrity, fairness, and confidentiality.
  • Partner and communicate effectively across the HR organization and with key partner’s, gaining the cooperation of others and helping drive alignment and decision making.
  • Craft compelling narratives and build visually engaging, audience ready PowerPoint decks to communicate approach, goals, progress, and impact.
  • Cultivate strong relationships and build a process to track, nurture, and influence key stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Support and coordinate multiple separation-related initiatives across the HR team from start to finish.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, flag interdependencies, and help resolve issues to move projects forward.
  • Utilize and analyze data to build and support recommendations.
