About The Position

Rockstar Games is seeking a Temporary HR Operations Specialist to join their global HR team in New York. The ideal candidate will be analytically minded, meticulously organized, and possess knowledge of HR Operations, including strong HRIS experience in implementing HR processes, programs, and system improvements for a complex global organization. This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan. The HR Team is responsible for empowering employees, partnering with senior leadership on engagement, wellbeing, operations, and learning & development, collaborating with global HR Partners on new initiatives, and ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive working environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR experience partnering with a client group or business unit in HR operations areas (including payroll, benefits, and HRIS management).
  • Solid knowledge and experience using Workday or similar HRIS, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe, and Monday.com.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility across teams.
  • Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple actions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with discretion on confidential and sensitive tasks.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Participate in global HR workstreams and work closely with the Senior HR Operations Manager to drive quality and timely delivery of critical milestones.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance HR process and recommend system improvements.
  • Coordinate and triage internal communications across global HR and partner teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, programs, handbooks and user guides.
  • Play an active role in designing and performing regular audits to maintain data integrity across transactional systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR and employment law.
