As a Human Resources Operations Specialist, you'll provide guidance, support, and solutions that help caregivers and leaders navigate questions and aspects of healthcare work at Guthrie. Your attention to detail in keeping essential HR processes accurate, efficient, and employee-focused will help our healthcare teams stay focused on what matters most: providing outstanding patient care.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of Human Resources or clerical work required.
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office software experience required (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, customer service skills and have the ability to multi ‐ task and prioritize work in accordance with changing deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare and/or human resources department highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Provide online phone coverage, respond to email inquiries, help desk tickets, and escalate complex HR issues to subject matter experts according to established service guidelines.
  • Delight our caregivers and other internal/external customers with exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and fulfilling needs.
  • Greeting applicants, caregivers and walk-in guests and answer inquiries and/or provide assistance.
  • Assisting with Badging requirements.
  • Explains how to make Inputs into Oracle Help Desk for customers calling or using ticketing systems.
  • Maintaining accurate data in Oracle Cloud as required.
  • Ordering office supplies for Human Resources.
  • Processing invoices/requisition requests and relocation invoices/requests.
  • Assist with and/or carry out special projects, often of a highly confidential nature.
  • Propose new procedures to enhance the efficiency of HR operations and to improve the overall caregiver experience.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
