POSITION SUMMARY Reporting into the Senior Director, Total Rewards, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining employee data and personnel files within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role supports all functional areas of the Human Resources team by ensuring data integrity, compliance, and timely processing of employee information. Our ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working independently, and able to work with large amounts of confidential data.
