About The Position

Flatpay is hiring an HR Operations Specialist to help build and run the people operations foundation for its US team. The specialist will work closely with People, Talent Acquisition, Finance, US leadership, global People Operations, and external providers to ensure HR operations are accurate, scalable, compliant, and easy for employees and managers to navigate. The position calls for an organized, detail-oriented, service-minded professional who can simplify processes, maintain accurate data, handle sensitive information discreetly, and support employees with empathy.
